75 And 90 Ball Bingo

The game of bingo has been around for decades. There are at least two ways you can play bingo for cash, either at a land-based bingo hall or online. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Playing at your local bingo hall means getting out of the house, being amongst other enthusiasts and being able to shout out “bingo!”. Some people prefer to play this way. Or, you can stay at home in your pajamas and play online. Bingo websites know that people need some sort of contact so they cleverly include bingo chat rooms to allow you to interact with your chat buddies whilst playing. Heck, you can even set it up so it auto-dabs your numbers for you.
When you play bingo online, you may be offered the chance to play two different types of bingo, 75 and 90 ball bingo. There is 80 ball as well but 75 and 90 are the two most common available. 90 ball bingo is more common in Europe and the UK whilst Americans will be more familiar with 75 ball bingo. There are a few differences between the two such as the way the numbers are laid out on the virtual bingo card.
The American version of 75 ball bingo will have the letters B-I-N-G-O along the top. The grid is 5×5 so you’ll have a total of 25 numbers. The numbers called will range from 1 to 75, hence the name.
90 ball bingo on the other hand is a little different. The numbers are laid out in a 3 by 9 grid with each row having 5 numbers. So, there are 15 total numbers in 90 ball game. Jackpots are progressive and there are 3 stages that are played. The first stage allows someone to win if they have all the numbers on one line. The second stage means you have to have at least 2 lines in the 3×9 grid to win and the third stage the bingo player must be able to dab all the numbers on the card to win.
Which ever type of game you play, and whether that be at the bingo hall or online, bingo is a low risk way to gamble and can be lots of fun to play with friends.
